The total cost for the Newburyport roundtrip bus fare is: $35/per person

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Bus Fare includes Bus Driver Gratuity)

Lunch will be served at the hotel on Friday at noon for all Congress registrants. The bus departs from the hotel lobby for Newburyport at 1:15 PM. The bus will return from Newburyport at 4:45 PM (this is the time you arrive back at the Sheraton/Wakefield). This will give you time to rest and get ready for dinner at 5:30 PM.

The bus ride is 27 miles—about 35 minutes each way, depending on traffic.

Transportation will be in a luxury coach bus with Air Conditioning. Each bus holds 55 people. Two buses have been reserved. (Trip is limited to 110 people).

Dress casual and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring your cell phone. Please note that the payment of $35 is for bus transportation to and from Newburyport only. Upon arrival in the heart of the city, you will be on your own for about 2 hours, free to enjoy all that downtown Newburyport has to offer.

Bus tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. It is your responsibility to find someone else to take your place.
